LPU was ranked SECOND by Hacker Earth leaving behind most IITs among more than 5000 universities, from all around the world. LPU students designed and created India's 1st Solar-Powered driverless bus which was featured in various national media and which made a maiden run in the Indian Science Congress 2019 held by LPU, which was inaugurated by The Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi. Dear Sanjay, Based on my experience and to the best of my knowledge, LPU is the best for any engineering programme, I have also done my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. per annum by Microsoft. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, IIMs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. The best option for placement in Chandigarh University. The university of placements is what it's called. When Top Multi-National awarded the maximum compensation of Rs. 35 lacs for the Engineering branch, University Institute of Engineering (UIE) Computer Science Engineering students made history. Over 2030 CSE/IT Engineering students were recruited at CU by Microsoft, IBM, SAP Labs, and Hewlett Packard. Both have good placement but in case of infrastructure and facility LPU is better than any other University.
