CU is a better option as it is NAAC A+ accredited despite being so young. The curriculum is designed to keep abreast of changing industry needs. Industry tie-ups, placements, and semester exchange programs with most reputed universities around the globe are a huge plus. All of this for a very reasonable fee.

It requires huge resources in terms of equipment, software and other infra as well as intellectual capital in terms of highly qualified faculty. One point which normally most of the colleges miss is the programme delivery, most still deliver this programme in classroom mode. But LPU has recognised the need of programme delivery with advanced experiential learning teaching pedagogy. As the field is great mix of creativity and technical skills, the college must provide just the right environment to explore the creative abilities with their tech skills. LPU provides both !

Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.
