Which one is better for B.Arch: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University or Noida International University and why?

Both universities are equally good. Apart from these two institute LPU is also a fine university to pursue B.Arch. Dear Aspirant, I do not know about GGSIPU and NIU. But being alumni of LPU I can say that LPU Jalandhar Punjab is the best university when we talk about the B.Arch programme in India. There are many students who come across the world every year to complete B.Arch programme from LPU. I was also an MBA student in LPU and my friend is studying as a B.Arch student. The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for B.Arch is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics or Pass with 60% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2021 or JEE Main (Paper-II) (90 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by the statutory body for 2021-22). Hello, Out of the both given options, my preference will go to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Though, Noida International University is not bad but not as good as the GGSIPU is. The infrastructure of this college is really good. It’s an eco-friendly and has the academic environment. Some of the best students of all around India come here. The GGSIP University is the second the best university after University of Delhi. The sports facilities and hostels are one of the best at IPU institution. The college has also earns a good respect for the course of architecture and planning. The faculty members and their teaching methodology is good. However, the placement is not as good as the engineering wing but still deserving students get a package of around 6 LPA. The highest can go at the level of 8 -9 LPA. It all depends upon the caliber of the students. I hope this helps.

It's your choice to opt the best suitable college, but NIU has world class infrastructure and Industry endorsed for its B.Arch programme.

GGSIPU started its own B.Arch degree programme at the university campus in 2009 called University School of Architecture and Planning (USAP). It offers a Bachelor's degree programme in Architecture (B.Arch), which is a five-year regular programme. It has independent architecture studios, workshops, etc., and also have the benefit of sharing the Academic and Non-academic facilities, and amenities. The university has good faculty members also. The School of Architecture at Noida international university (NIU) was started in the year 2014-15 with an intake of 40 students. It is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA). The school has well-equipped labs, workshops, studios, library and other necessary infrastructure. Both these are good choices for B.Arch. But when it comes to comparison between the two, I would prefer GGSIPU, Delhi as it is superior to NIU and the course was started quite before. It also offers better education and infrastructure. These are adjudged by the student reviews also. So, I prefer GGSIPU over NIU.
