SRM and VIT are the topmost private colleges of India in terms of placement and academic life. LPU is also near about them somewhere but if you have less budget then go for LPU.

In my view, Vellore Institute of Technology is the best option among all three but in that too only main campus (Vellore campus) is quite good not others.

VIT, Vellore is the Best among all there. It is top private University in India. One of the best. If we Rank this three
    1. VIT, Vellore
    2. SRM, Chennai
    3. LPU, Punjab.
VIT has mainly 2 campus and 2 under construction. Best Campus is of Vellore I.e. main campus. then Chennai Campus. SRM's Main Campus is Best I.e. SRM, Kattankulathur, also it has 3 campus in Chennai. and other at NCR, Gangtok. Choose Wisely.
    Good luck.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning. Their labs are state of the art, and well-resourced, and I find that the faculty usually support us to work on real-time projects, which build confidence to take on challenges in industry. The university brings many industry professionals for guest lecturers, and have affiliations with top companies in the world, so this gives students a greater opportunity for internships and pla

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
