Which one is better for B.Tech in computer science: Lovely Professional University or Chandigarh University?

I would give a simple answer without comparison, from my opinion I will suggest you to live your life, explore and find the real you, come along and take admission Lovely Professional University (LPU) where along with academics you will find a new world. Also, CSE department is the limelight of Lovely Professional University (LPU) which has 100% placement assurance for eligible students plus the curriculum and syllabus of CSE is very good.

Hi, If you can check the growth graph, definitely for engineering it would be LPU which has created a niche for itself by getting the students placed in the top notch positions of MNCs and have become the cause of envy of many. It has also started the covid scholarship to aid education at such grim times. The updated labs and the expertise of the faculty have given good results that today LPU is a name to reckon. LPU students are guided on niche technologies like Google, SAP and Oracle. Possessing such skill sets separates them from the ordinary and leads them to grab top placements. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placements. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of its students. In the era of cut-throat competition, now-a-days every institution is floating CSE and consider it as flagship course and claims that the institute is providing best but the bets gets converted into the worst when it comes to application part. As an education consultant, I have seen many institutes offering CSE but CSE offered by LPU is far way ahead with any other institute in many parameters such as rankings, exposure and placements. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. For B.Tech CSE, LPU is the finest college. As an alumnus of Lovely Professional University, I have had a positive experience there, and I am confident you will as well. Starting with academics, all of the disciplines you will study have a curriculum that is prepared with business expectations in mind and is validated by corporate experts. The professors begin by teaching you the fundamentals, which is exactly what a student desires. Cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and other specialties are available through CSE. Many prominent recruiters, including Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, Interview Bit, Adobe, and others, visit the LPU campus to hire graduates. Recently assigned to a 3 Crore LPA package. Amazon also hired LPU students with a total of 28 LPA. Every year, around 650 firms come to LPU to recruit, with an average package of 6-10 LPA. Furthermore, they provide pathway electives that allow you to choose whether you want to work in the corporate sector, pursue higher education, work for the government, or start your own business. Credit transfer and worldwide exposure are also available to students at the university. When it comes to placements, the preparation for placements begins in the first year. There is a separate placements department that is in charge of the students' placements.

Hello! I have done my Engineering from Lovely Professional University and I am a proud alumnus of LPU. I can share details about LPU but I cannot comment anything about others. Starting with my experience from the first year onwards, where we asked to join some Placement.Enhancement Classes, that day I wondering why there is a need of same at this early stage and then the day I was sitting in my placement drive, I recall all those essential points which were taught to me that day and those eventually helped me in securing my seat in an interview. One more point I would like to share that it is not just calling the company to the campus, but preparing the students up to such level that they can crack any interview is equally important. So, I have observed, LPU faculties, put in a lot of efforts to get the students placed. So, preparing the students to such level is more important and putting up efforts for that is more important and that what LPU always takes care of. University has separate placement enhancement department, which focuses on overall development of students.University keeps on conducting, guest lectures, seminars, live projects, hands on training, sharing views and experiences by the experts and many more events which helps the students to broaden their thoughts and cope with the corporate world. In my batch I remember, almost 95% students were placed and there were many who got the multiple packages as well. I was one of them, I remember my day I am hopping around the campus and was looking around which option to choose, Finally I landed up choosing HCL, with which I am currently working as well since last 4 years and have received many promotions and hikes. All I dedicate that to my faculties and mentors at LPU. They helped me in choosing the right decision at that time as well. Students are trained professionally from their first year onwards. The University provides maximum opportunities to students. It depends upon the students whether they want to grab the opportunity or not. Talking about my another life experience where we were asked to be a part of some live project in my second year and I was wondering, whether I am capable enough to be a part of such grand project from an MNC, but when eventually I started working, I realized I can do that and I had that much knowledge to be cope up with such projects. Also, such projects boosted up my CV and helped me in my placements as well as in my professional career. I hope this helps you.

Experience matters a lot either it is of getting an Education or providing an Education. Here you can easily judge that which Institution is Experienced and which is just a Toddler in proving Education. LPUs experience is now of two decades. Now you can well judge who is Toddler here. According to me Candidates should compare both the Institutions honestly. I suggest them not play with their own future. Chandigarh is a beautiful city but it is not necessary that Chandigarh name will bring a bright future for you. I hope this will help you. Well, Education requires the investments in intellectual capital. Glitzy advertisements coma back to haunt you big time.
