Which one is better for B.Tech in computer science: Lovely Professional University or Chandigarh University?

I would prefer to go for Chandigarh University as it is much better than LPU in all aspects considering infrastructure, faculty, quality study and beautiful campus. The university provides all essential material required for the course and with best facilities in labs and libraries.
