    Hello,
The selection of which course to pursue, whether BCA or B.Tech CS is a major decision, as it will most likely reflect in your performance in the course. Consider which aspect of computers do you like the most, whether it is application, concept or theory. BCA or Bachelor of Computer Application imparts knowledge about computer applications whereas B.Tech CSE trains students for computer engineering. A BCA graduate is a software programmer armed with the knowledge of scripting as well as programming languages like C, C+, Java, HTML, PHP etc. Whereas B.Tech graduate has detailed knowledge of both hardware and software. Hello William
BCA but if you are preparing for a government job especially for bank and many other fields then BCA is a good career option for you. This is because it takes only three years to complete your graduation which otherwise B.Tech takes 4 years so if you want to achieve your degree rapidly then do BCA but if you want to enhance your skill and as well as enhance yourself then you should pursue B.Tech from a very good university.

B.Tech in computer Science is a practically oriented course, which gives you software as well as technical knowledge, so B.Tech in computer Science is a better choice than BCA alone.

Hi, both are good courses to do. But, I'll suggest you to go for B.Tech, as B.Tech has more value than BCA. If doing the above courses do it from a good University or college.

You must go for B.Tech in computer science as after completing BCA, you will only be valued in the industry if you have completed MCA otherwise you'll be having no value after completing MCA. Als, B.Tech has much better job opportunities after completion.
