Which one is better for PGDM in HR among RIIM, PIBM and IBS&M?

I have done my PGDM from PIBM Pune, so I can share my experience. PIBM provides the students some benefits who are doing MBA or PGDM are corporate exposure to analyzing various Company's Financial and various Reports analyzing, Perform Ratio Analysis, and Forecast the financials to make Buy/Sell Stock Investments using various tools like Bloomberg, Ace Analyzer, SAP - FICO, Advance Excel, SPSS and many more. During their learning process students gets some good practical exposure like Live Business Projects & Internships and many more. PIBM offers various profiles like Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Commercial Credit, Finance Quality Management, Digital Marketing, Channel Sales, Business Analytics, Business Development Manager, HR Manager, HR Analytics, and many more. Some of the top companies like Deloitte, e-Clex, Cians, Dabur, ITC, Reckitt Benckiser, TIAA, LODHA Group, Xanadu Realty, CITCO, and many more. with the highest package of 15 LPA and the average package of 6.5 LPA.

RIIM PUNE, PIBM and ISB&M all these are renowned Management Institutions in Pune Maharashtra. RIIM is Pune's 1st Corporate Style B-School doing good in areas like ROI, Placement and Course Curriculum. PIBM is overall a good Institute offering MBA and PGDM Programme. ISB&M is Providing dual specialization PGDM programme with various fields of Specialization. No doubt that all these Institutions are doing great in their respective fields. Among these Institutions my first preference will be RIIM PUNE, as this Institute is Providing Pune University MBA Programme and AICTE approved PGDM Programme in a reasonable fee structure and with good ROI and Placement Support. The best part of RIIM is the course curriculum that is totally Practical Exposure based and due to less number of intake they can provide quality placement and personal attention to each and every student. I would suggest you to go with RIIM college as it's environment is very healthy and it feels like a family. RIIM, Pune has curriculum called employability. In this employability students are given different opportunities for learning and building their knowledge and personality. The course fee is affordable I. e between INR 4.75 lacs - INR 6.3 lac for two years including dual specialization. The Institute is doing really good in the field of Placement. Companies like Capgemini, Deloitte, KPIT, AVALARA, Justdial, Swiggy, Wipro, JK Tyre, CCD, Khadim's, Furlenco, Extramarks, Homesfy. In, Tech Mahindra, HARMAN, Magicbricks, Pantaloons, jockey, Square yards and many more visit on regular basis for Campus Recruitment. There are hundred + guest lectures, 16 to 18 industrial visits, corporate conclaves, outbound tours are provided. Apart from that there are different certifications which are provided in RIIM Pune which are very helpful for students.

Both the colleges are at same level. It totally depends on students what exactly you are looking for. The most important is Placement and ROI.RIIM provides you the best placement study environment. RIIM having less fees but providing you exposures to IIMs and different certificates which will boost your skillset. RIIM is located inside the Pune city. If your plan is for PGDM then RIIM Pune is a very good option with best placements.

If you want to choose among all, you can choose RIIM Pune is the best option. As if you planning to do MBA from Pune then you go with RIIM Pune, It is best in ROI, best with experience faculties, best partial exposure, best industrial visit, best placement, These are some best point, they have the best company on the boat, you will get average 6lakh & highest 14lakh packages, they have international program also, which is very useful for ur international exposure. There is one programme MDP. Which is 15 days residential programme in IIM Indore in which you will study what is MDP. How this is helpful in your specialization. Which is one of the best programme of them, second is digital marketing from IIM Kozhikode, They have some other basic certifications also like SAP, six sigma, business analyst, advanced excel and foreign language. Among all the colleges you mentioned, I would suggest you to go for RIIM because of the following points mentioned below: 1. Updated curriculum with lot of practical and industrial exposure. 2. Lots of certifications programs such as SAP, Business Analytics and MDP from IIM. 3. International exposure to all PGDM Students. 4. Best ROI because of their fee structure which is 6.48 LPA and average package of the college is 6.5 LPA.

RIIM Pune will be a better college. Look for some of the factors like competitive skill, confidence level, practical exposure I suggest one to go for RIIM. As RIIM is providing a unique syllabus in an affordable fee structure, it is always beneficial from student's part. Along with PGDM course (AICTE approved) they are providing Employability and MDP programme which is building confidence and students get extra Placement readiness programme which is helping them to crack the interviews. Best part of their ROI. You can definitely go for RIIM's PGDM programme. Courses are compost in a well-planned manner which covers necessary training grooming and developmental programs. The college offers 80-90% placement record with an average of 6.5-7.5 LPA and the last session’s highest was 14 LPA.
