    All the colleges are good but PIBM Pune is one of the best colleges for PGDM in HR because its a best place for learning. Student who opted for HR at PIBM have to undergo a number of Case Studies, Live Projects & Internships, Role-Play Activities and Live Examples to improve their Innovative Project Leader Skills, Behaviors and Strategies for Recruiting Employees, Reducing Employee Turnover, Promoting Employee Development and Retaining a Talented, Decision Making Skills, Preparing various Job Descriptions, Writing Job Advertisements & JDs, Interview techniques and Intra-Organization Restructuring & Relocation.

    I would suggest you to definitely go for RIIM Pune. The best part of RIIM Pune is the ROI. They are offering the unique course PGDM+ Employability+MDP at a course fee of Rs. 6.5 LPA. Where as the average package is offered is 5.5-6.5 LPA, maximum 13-14 LPA. So on the basis of ROI, RIIM is the best choice I can say. If you consider other factors also, RIIM is preparing students according to the need of market.     RIIM is a better institute among them. RIIM offer subject specialized faculties, great placement support, international trips, industrial visits and many more. If you want to pursue PGDM in HR, RIIM is the best for you. They have also 1-month residential programme in London. So, you get the opportunity to interact with international faculties also. They offer around 5 lakhs placement package and also offer international placements. So, it is worth to take admission in RIIM Pune.
