The Institute of Law, Nirma University offers 5-years integrated Programme BA LLB (Hons.) and B.Com LLB (Hons) while the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda offers LLB and BALLB (Hons.). Nirma is a private university while MSU is a government one. The fees have a huge difference and thus the facilities also vary. The extra-curricular activities provided in Nirma are more varied and extensive. Thus if that's your basis for selection then that should be your pick. If the curriculum is in question then they have a similar curriculum with yearly moot courts.

Nirma offers a unique curriculum which is at par with any of the NLUs. It does offer you specialisations after in your 4th year which is quite preferred these days by students. Also, you get ample internship opportunities as the semester is set up in such a way.
You also get almost every co-curricular activity at Nirma and moot courts debates and model United Nations are quite well taken up there.
Also, it has a world class infrastructure as it lies in the

ILNU is constantly being recognised as one of the best private law schools of India and many firms are planning to tie up with ILNU. The other college in Baroda is not so famous and thus, I hardly know anything about it. But, I can assure you that ILNU is better than almost all of the private institutes offering LLB.
