I am not quite aware of B.Com course from Loyola College (LC, Chennai) B.Com is the second most popular undergraduate course in the Commerce branch. Under B.Com, there are three most popular courses, namely B.Com or B.Com-General, B.Com (Honours) and B.Com LLB. Candidates must have studied Commerce in the 11th and 12th standards and also must meet the minimum eligibility criteria of the colleges/university. B.Com is an undergraduate course for three years which can be pursued as a full-time course and also as distance education. Although there has been numerous Colleges or Universities that offer this course, Lovely Professional Univer

Hi, Both the universities are doing well, but I would recommend LPU over them. My friend's sister is studying B.Com from LPU. Her words are- LPU does not compromise with education at any cost. Even during the lockdown period, their classes were held online according to the timetable. This is what a student wants. Moreover, A large number of opportunities for pursuing industry-delivered certifications are available to our students. Some of the significant certifications include NCFM and NCCMP (in tie-up with NSE), CMA (in tie-up with IMA, USA), SAP (German Multinational Software certification), and so on. Such certifications help to mak

Hi Narain, B.Com. Is the good choice of subject if you are having strong control over subjects of commerce like Accounting, Banking And Financial Services, Economics, Finance, Financial Markets. In my opinion you must do consider pursuing upgraded B.Com. (Hons. ). Instead of regular B.Com. Being alumni LPU my vote will definitely go for LPU only. Some of the Unique features of LPU in perspective to B.Com. (Hons. ). Programs are mentioned below just for reference what I able to fetch from recent announcement of LPU,
    1. Professional/Industry certifications - Option to choose any 1 of the following:

Hi Narain, Well, Loyola is carrying a legacy of its long history and experience, whereas LPU has come up as a big brand and it has good reputation in an Education sector. While both have their strengths and niche and a great word of mouth in their forte. Still being an Education Consultant, I would suggest to go to LPU as it has been one which has been successful in turning this academic programme into a fully professional, research and job oriented programme on back of its superb investments in intellectual capital. May industry certification, technology trainings like advanced excel and other MOOCs make LPU's programme a top contende
