Which one should I prefer for B.Des: Kalaprabodhini Institute of Design, Kolhapur or Symbiosis Institute of Design and why?

Symbiosis Institute has been a very prestigious university since years and over these years, it has built a brand name internationally. Brand name plays a very important role in your academic and work life. The placement cell of SID is very good and attracts big brands with good package. The curriculum involves lot of exposure giving justification to the course. The faculty concerned are highly experienced which is a very important factor to consider while applying in any university. I would recommend SID to any other designing institute. hii, Symbiosis institute of designing is better than the kalaprabodhni institute of design and kolhapur. But still I am not very sure whether one should go for Bachelor's of designing from any of these colleges or not. You should do it from a place where its worth paying fees and can get to learn enough. If you want to do Masters's in designing only then there are much better colleges for design like NIFT (national institute of fashion technology ), NID (national institute of design), IIT - CEED ( common entrance examination for design ). These colleges are design specialised and will give you better career opportunities . these are all government colleges and have a good reputation in Indian market. they also comes under the top 50 design colleges all over the world. one can easily get an starting salary of three Lacs per annum atlest.
