    The Bombay Flying Club is the oldest flying club in India and is the same flying club where Mr. JRD Tata, India's first commercial pilot, got his flying license from. Currently located in Dhule, 100 kms north of Nashik, it has its own airstrip and boasts a variety of aircrafts and a control tower as well as state of the art flight simulators and classrooms for teaching students the ground part required to become a commercial pilot.     Both flying clubs are equally good, quality of training wise. But one should select by considering following factors at the time of admission:
    1. Cost per flying hours.
    2. Current Aircraft: Student ratio.
    3. Current status of the flying club. etc.

    Hello,
    Bombay flying club is perhaps the oldest such institute in the country. It is based in Juhu in Mumbai. Many legends associated with Aviation in India are its alumni. Its impeccable pedigree gives a lot of confidence to anybody who enters this hallowed flying club. Madhya Pradesh flying club was set up just after Independence and specifically after formation of Madhya Pradesh. It's located in the Industrial hub of Madhya Pradesh, Indore.     A pilot should be a person with a love of adventure, an alert mind, equanimity in the face of crisis, patience, ability to work hard, stamina, and medical and physical fitness. One way to fulfill the dream to become a pilot is joining an aviation training center, recognized by the Director General of Civil Aviation, to learn to fly.
    Both the flying clubs mentioned are highly reputed and part of the top 5 Flying schools in India.
