The placement scenario at RIIM Pune is going amazing as they successfully place more than 90% of their students every year. RIIM, Pune has a very helpful and dynamic placement team that prepares and grooms the students for the placement process. I can say the best placement you can ever get in any MBA college is you will get in RIIM. The college has two placement heads as there is generally one, but in RIIM, you will get two placement heads which is actually a benefit that the student gets more attention towards placement and companies, also the college has maintain their placement standard and records from back so many years they have

I think you should go for PIBM. PIBM is a very good college. It has a unique training methodology and focuses more on the practical way of learning. The curriculum at PIBM gets updated regularly and as per the latest industry trends. Apart from this, PIBM students are given corporate exposure through Live business projects, Industrial Visits, Dual Internships, Case studies, Corporate Interactions sessions. For final placements Corporate heads conduct Mock GD/PIs, resulting in perfect preparation for PIBM students.

Being an ex-student of PIBM batch 2018-20, I would like to share my experience which might shed some light on your question. So to begin with PGDM is an AICTE approved autonomous course that varies from college to college and PIBM has designed its course plan keeping in mind the overall development of the students that align with the current industry standard. PIBM also successfully transformed 6000+ Alumni into a successful business professional through rigorous training by providing:

After having experienced a paradigm shift in myself studying in IIEBM, Indus Business School. Obviously, this is the college students should opt for. But let me tell you that this college is only for those who have a fire in the belly to change the course of their life and succeed at every level. This college is strict in regards to discipline and conduct, and many other things which are essential in the corporate world. The curriculum makes you corporate ready and you will be surely seen as a person who will make a difference where ever you go after being at IIEBM, Indus Business School.
    All the best.

For the PGDM programme, you should prefer PIBM Pune. It is the best college for pursuing the PGDM programme in Pune. PIBM doesn't follow any traditional method of teaching, it believes in the full transformation of students. PIBM makes you self learner by its unique training methods. Here you will be trained under corporate leaders and also get a chance to work and learn under them through various live projects and dual internship opportunities. At PIBM students don't worry about the placement here students are capable to take the best placement opportunity either from the campus placement or off-campus placements.
