BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). It depends upon your interest. Your study depends totally on the reputation of your college you'll choose. But, according to me it's better to have a specialisation only in one course like BCA+MCA as it will open up a lot of ways for your career.

    Hello Jordan,
For BCA + MCA, you require 6 years and for B.Tech IT, you required only 4 years. After B.Tech, you have more chances of getting good placements.
