Which option should a 25 year old about to complete his B.Tech go for - M.Tech or a job

sir my brother will complete his graduation next year and also get 25years old.He wants to do mtech as his dream is to work in PSU but he will be 27yrs old after mtech.So next year, doing mtech will be better for him or finding job as his graduation is too late.

    if there is financial problem go for job n do M.tech correspondence else increase ur qualification
