Which PG degree course should I do in travel photography? I dropped my engineering this year and my 12th score is 85%.

You have made a wrong decision by dropping your engineering. Now PG degree courses are available after graduation. So don't take a long route, go for any photography institute learn aspects of photography, because there is no such area to learn particular photography interest. After passing go to travel magazine or newspaper publishing house to be a travel photographer.
