    You will learn almost same Programming Languages in BCA CSE and IT. A few Languages can change depending upon the university, but majority of Indian universities teaches C, C+ and Java as their core Languages in these courses. Some universities/colleges teaches extra Languages to their students to increase the chances for their students being placed during placement. Extra Languages can be Python, C#, JavaScript,. Net etc. In MCA, you'll learn the same Languages but more in-depth. If you are eligible for admission into B.Tech then definitely go for B.Tech CSE/IT. If not, then you can pursue BCA+MCA too. They are good courses too but B.
