MCA is the Master course in which you'll learn the advance versions of the subjects you've learnt in BCA. These subjects are Programming Fundamental, Web Technology, Java, Computer Architecture, Mathematics, Object Oriented Programming, Client Server, Computer Network, Operating System, Unix/Linux, etc. * B.Tech CSE is (Bachelor of technology) in Computer Science and Engineering, which is of 4 years in which you'll be teaching in depth about computer hardware and software. B.Tech. Information Technology or B.Tech (IT) is the field of study, devise, development, execution, support and running of computer-based information systems. Information Technology or IT is an engineering division that covers both software and hardware sectors. It helps to generate, manage, store, communicate, and flow information. It is a different course from computer Science degree as it mostly emphasizes on management and information Science and less on mathematics. B.Tech (IT) focuses on business and communication. All the courses are good but if you don't want to do 4 years Bachelor degrees then you should go for BCA and after that MCA will be of 2 years.

BCA is a professional course in which you will learn or study languages like C, C+, Java, SQL, etc. Many colleges have started teaching some more or extra courses like HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc. to increases the chances of students get the placement in big companies like IBM, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Paytm, etc. * MCA is the Master course in which you'll learn the advance versions of the subjects you've learnt in BCA. So, your Bachelor and master degree will be all completed in 6 years. But if you choose to do B.Tech you have to spend 4 years in studying and then M.Tech or whatever you want to do.

You will learn almost same Programming Languages in BCA CSE and IT. A few Languages can change depending upon the university, but majority of Indian universities teaches C, C+ and Java as their core Languages in these courses. Some universities/colleges teaches extra Languages to their students to increase the chances for their students being placed during placement. Extra Languages can be Python, C#, JavaScript,. Net etc. In MCA, you'll learn the same Languages but more in-depth. If you are eligible for admission into B.Tech then definitely go for B.Tech CSE/IT. If not, then you can pursue BCA+MCA too. They are good courses too but B.Tech has much upper hand.
