Well, none of the NLUs in India has a management quota system and nor does any other government law college does so.
However, there are institutes such as Symbiosis- Pune, Bharati Vidya Peeth, Amity etc.,where it is rumored to be available.
However, I can't testify myself to this. This may be or may not be a case, but that is just a hearsay for me.
Also, you may ask the students in private institutions and get a better idea about it
However, none of the colleges reserve such seats as on their prospectus, but there be a back door entry, which again is not a sure thing.

It is a very hard question to answer. I do agree with you that most of the reputed law colleges provide management quota seats for a 5-year integrated BA LLB. course. You can find all of those colleges are private in nature. Private colleges have involved themselves in the education industry for making profit not for charity. It might sounds odd, but this is the hard reality. In management quota, 10% seats are reserved for those who can give extra money to the colleges as donation.
