Since you are an ECE student, you can go for VLSI courses. There is a lot of opportunity in core VLSI field.
Apart from that, for better career opportunities, I would suggest that you learn some computer language like C, Java and C+.

As per my knowledge and experience, I suggest there are many short term courses, which you can do in your free time period, like fashion designing, BBA. It is also a 2 Year programme and web designing computer course. There are so many courses, and I suggest, it firstly depend on your interest and academic performance in what field you want to go.
