That's up to you. First year in every MBA course is more or less the same for all and you get to choose your specialization in the next year. Specializations are available in HR, operations, finance, marketing, infrastructure management, etc. depending upon which college you choose as every college has their own set of specialization subjects. But, choosing a specialisation carefully is important too. Which subjects are your strengths and where do you see yourself (which sector and role) in the next 5-10 years?

You can choose any specialization depending on your interest. Some colleges are best for some specializations. You can go through the faculty list, profile of students, placement history, future prospects and assess your own caliber to pursue the course and achieve success in a selected area.
You can take the counselling of the familiar professors and ex-students of the colleges. These steps can give you a comfortable platform to arrive at a logical and rational decision.
