Biotech is good branch in engineering. Nanotechnology is basically an electronics branch so there is less possibility that you can enhance your knowledge in this field but other than this, genetic, forensics, molecular biology and human genetics are good.
Nowadays, genetic engineering is most favorable subject, so there is a good scope but every subject has its strength.
Do your best and good luck.
