Which university has more qualified and skilled faculty for Mechanical engineering course? CU or LPU?

I have many friends from LPU and CU but what I conclude is LPU innovative teaching makes LPU faculty more appreciating. My cousin is doing B.Tech from the same stream at LPU and his views enhance my knowledge on the same topic. LPU faculty members are well trained and they are experts. They are just not faculty members but mentors to students. LPU has highly qualified faculty members, many are from IITs, Iims and NIIT's as well. Learned faculty works hard on students to get them placed in the best of the companies. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. The university leaves no stone unturned to shape the future of its students. The faculty of LPU, updated with the latest methods of pedagogy (teaching) help turn students into a finished product with high market demand, yet with a social conscience and urge to contribute and give back. In comparison to another college, I believe LPU faculty is highly qualified. Students get to learn through live projects and experiments. Promoting experiential learning, students at LPUs Department of Mechanical Engineering have developed driverless cars, solar-powered bus and all this gets done with students' hard work and faculty guidance. Organized International Go kart Championship which is a student initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA. Faculty plays an instrumental role in the development of the students. Faculty must have the traits like subject knowledge, communication skills and empathy. These are the pre-requisites for becoming a good teacher. And Chandigarh University is having the faculty members who are bagged with these qualities. These things are evaluated at the initial stages of the selection process. No doubt, LPU is older than CU but is doesn't mean the faculty members of CU are less experienced than the LPU. Even the Faculty turnover ratio is more in LPU which clearly shows, every year number of new faculty members join and more than that number leave also. If I specifically talk about Mechanical engineering department, I do have some faculty members whom I personally know who are working in that department from last 2 years only but they all are in their 40s and are doctorate as well. Dear Navi, I don't know about the CU, but being alumni of LPU I can assure you that the faculty of mechanical engineering at LPU is well-qualified from the top-ranked universities across the world such as IITs. NITs, foreign universities More than 90% are Ph.D. holders. My friend also did B.Tech in ME from LPU.
