Which university is better among LPU and Panjab University?

Dear Tushar, In the present era, the field of management is becoming a very important sphere of everyone life. Now if I talk about the colleges for the MBA I think LPU is the best for it. I did MBA from LPU, My experience at LPU has been phenomenal. I got placed in multiple companies but right now working with Redington. The Mittal School of Business LPU is accredited from Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA so that is sure that you will get quality education. If you are concerned about placements not need to worry there are plenty of career opportunities after completing your MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings it offer bright opportunities to management graduates. The careers in management offers one of the best remuneration packages and perks everywhere. Many students are placed in reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad too. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every one of the eligible students to secure good placement. Placements at LPU have always been good, LPU has set the bar very high due to its record-breaking placements. MBA students of LPU got placed not only at great salary packages but also with top brands like Amazon, Trident, KPMG, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Comparison is neither possible and nor required because LPU is a self financed and Private university and PU is Public University, so the preferences, visions and missions are totally different. But still if you want to take my vision, I am unaware of PU but I have heard alot about LPU from one of my neighbourer who took admission in LPU. She highlighted the following: #Recognitions by UGC, COA, PCI, AIU, NCTE, ICAR, ACBSP and many more #Rankings as the latest NIRF (2020) has ranked LPU as top 80 amongst all private and government institutes. MHRD, government and has already fetched many. #Quality education at affordable pricing #Various scholarships for various programs. # Ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. #Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. #Updated curriculum mapped with industry as university floats departmental electives, core courses and pathways which help the student to follow his future plan. #Experienced staff hired from reputed institutions. #Safety and security of students as nearly 4000+ cameras are installed in University. #Not only academic content is taught but students are promoted to take live projects, Community Development projects #Students can join various clubs and can learn the expertise and becomes more confident. #Special input classes for placements #More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The astonishing companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Samsung, HDFC bank, Colgate, and many more visit every year for on campus drives and hire many students. # Over and above I came to know that due to COVID-19, LPU has planned some initiatives as daily sanitation of rooms and hostels, wearing of mask, no big gatherings and Thermal scanners etc. LPU is a big university with beautiful campus surrounded by lush green gardens. It is spread over 600 acres. LPU Campus is just like a city which has a complete mall, hospital, post office, 100s of food kiosks, fire brigade station, stadiums, helipads, Flyover, 100s of ATMs, banks auditoriums, open air theaters, e- rickshaws, cricket ground, basketball court, indoor swimming pool, badminton court, gym as per Olympics standards. So, I believe joining LPU is really worthful to build your career. I will advise you to book the seat at the earliest or maximum by15-7-2020.

Being an alumni of Lovely Professional University, I would say Lovely professional University is achieving its own Shine regularly at a higher pace be it academic, research, technology, exposures (both national and international), placements, accreditation, Curriculum Rigor and of course a conducive and diversified campus environment to live in. If I talk about Infrastructure, LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel, and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available. Another thing that I liked about the university was that it has some of the best teachers on board. Not only did they make the classroom sessions interesting, but they were also were very friendly and catered to any doubts I had about a particular topic. I had a great academic exposure during my time at LPU. Students here get to work on live projects because of which they are able to learn in depth about their subjects. They also get to attend the workshops and guest lectures during their time in the campus which actually help them gain valuable knowledge. LPU providing quality education, and have provided good rankings to the university on various parameters like placements, quality education, industry interface, infrastructure, international relations,Tie-ups etc. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. Lpu has a world class infrastructure. It has 7 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel. 6 out of 7 have attached bathroom in boys hostel but all in girls hostel have attached bathrooms.There are many variety of rooms are available depends on your choice like 1 seater ac/non-ac, 2 seater ac/non-ac and many more.There are apartments also available in lpu campus so if you want to go for apartment then also you can opt it for. Along with all this,LPU also provides free WiFi.

Both are Universities LPU and Panjab University are good on its own ground, since Punjab University being one of the oldest in Punjab but LPU being a very new and prominent University of North India. Hello! The organisations which you have mentioned are also offering many courses under its roof but I would suggest you to check the following before finalising the institute: 1. Rankings 2. Faculty 3. Pedagogy used 4. International exposure 5. Tech-savvy last but not the least Placements Both institutes are doing great in education but I don't have much details for Manipal University but I can highlight some of the facts of LPU on the basis of feedback received by Alumni's of LPU: #LPU being in education since last 18 years has fetched many rankings to its credit as compared to any other institute. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. #Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. # Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. #LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognizant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. #LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. #If you consider placements, LPU outperforms in that as well by assisting the student to get the highest package by making the student prepare for the placements. I tell you a girl named Tanya got placed in Microsoft at 42 LPA and many more students got hefty packages which I doubt students have cracked at the other mentioned institute. Though both the universities are good in terms of academics but let me take LPU as an example to explain. LPU is good in terms of Placements, Infrastructure, and faculty members. LPU offers myriad of courses in B.Tech, B.Arch B.Sc. B.A. LL.B. Des. There are approximately 360 courses that are offered at LPU. Statistically speaking 1400+ Recruiters hired LPU students 42 Lac the highest Salary package availed 300+ Companies offering Dream and Super Dream Packages 110+ Recruiters of IITs/Iims/NITs also hire from LPU 80k the highest Internship Stipend per month LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021, which assess universities against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2021 rankings, only three Indian universities have made to the list of Top 200 in the World. LPU has outshined various institutions like IITs, NITs, state and central universities across India and has ranked high on parameters of Affordable and Clean Energy, and Decent Work and Economic Growth.
