Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. One of my known has completed B.Tech CSE from Lovely professional university and currently he is working with Amazon with the highest package. He has learnt a lot from LPU. Reviews are pretty good. On contrary, if we see the alumni, achievements, academic and practical studies Apeejay Stya University and Manav Rachna University are incomparable with Chandigarh University. So, best option would be CU.

Among the shared options you must prefer Chandigarh university. It has good environment, crowd and placements. Also, its well recognised by the industry. You may also search for better options depends upon your rank. I may better suggest you if you share about which entrance exam, you have written and what is your rank. Also, let me know in which branch you are interested other than CSE.
