Which university is better in terms of placement LPU or Chandigarh University?

Hello. Lovely Professional University is better than others in terms of Placements. There are two major points to be noted here, One is that Placement depends on the students equally as on the university, as student has to maintain a good academic record and should add few stars to his/her CV to land up on better placement. Secondly, University should not just focus on connecting student with the company, but should polish the student in such way that he/she is able to crack any interview easily. Being and LPU alumni, I have observed that LPU gives you ample opportunities to boost your CV and also focuses on over all development of student so that cracking any interview is a cake -walk. Many LPU students at LPU even hold multiple placement options, I am glad, I am one of those. Campus placement at Lovely Professional University has always been a sought after event for the final year students. Division of Career Services sets up recruitment drives and job fairs on a regular basis. Apart from this, it also extends abundant facilities such as resume writing sessions, career advisory services, and aptitude development workshops to proffer better placement to the students. I observed that both universities are doing good at many platforms. One of my colleagues cousin studied in LPU. She told that LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The astonishing companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Samsung, HDFC bank, Colgate, and many more visit every year for on campus drives and hire many students. I am not much sure about the placements of the other University. You need to explore more.

In my 16 years of experience in teaching at many top universities I've observed that both universities are doing good at many platforms. It is said that placements are end to the means ! So far, with over 600 companies as regular recruiters, 800 placement drives, over 60 companies offering more than 10 lacs packages, over 50 companies which come only to LPU apart from IITs and Iims, more than 100 out of fortune 500 club and placements in all the diverse fields, LPU takes the cake. Many of my former students study I LPU in various programs, so I have hands on detail about all these things. As off now, the placements at LPU are unmatched by any other private player. The placements and internships offered to the students are the best. After graduating from here, students get the chance for international placements and internships too. The students have a wide range to select the option accordingly. Students get the opportunity to go to internships to USA, Europe, Asia. Undoubtedly CU is best as compare to LPU More than 250 companies visit every year for campus placements and offers the best of the packages. Average package is 15 Lacs Students are placed in best organizations like Microsoft, Lava, Samsung etc.

Chandigarh University is a better option in terms of placements. A few reasons justify it such as NAAC A+ accreditation makes the degree globally recognised. The approval from NCTE helps us to get better placements. Internships are in top companies of the area. Well-equipped labs. Faculty has both industry and academic experience.

Hi, The best place for placements is Chandigarh university as it has its name in limca book of records too. The university aims at providing the best placement packages in well reputed companies.

Placement scenario of Chandigarh University (CU) is impeccable. CU holds Limca book record for the highest number of companies for placement on its campus. There is 100% placement record and students get decently high packages. Last year, CU had more than 600 companies visiting its campus, while LPU had only 500 (LPU has more students, so you can calculate student-company ratio-CU scores very high here). Further, average packages as well the highest packages of students at CU are more than at LPU.
