Which university is better in terms of placement LPU or Chandigarh University?

I observed that both universities are doing good at many platforms. One of my colleagues cousin studied in LPU. She told that LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. More than 700 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The astonishing companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Samsung, HDFC bank, Colgate, and many more visit every year for on campus drives and hire many students. I am not much sure about the placements of the other University. You need to explore more. It proves that LPU has a clear edge ! DVD.

I am an alumnus of LPU and did B.Tech CSE, I find CSE very interesting and pursuing my career as a software engineer currently in Noida, some colleagues of mine had done ECE but were appointed as software engineers. LPU has AA+ Infrastructure including shopping malls, refreshment centers, the largest Private University Accommodation in the world, 13000 + CC cameras, indoor transportation system, University Management System, etc. According to the recent NIRF ranking LPU is ranked 62nd among all government and Private universities in India. LPU school of Law ranked among the top 25 law institutions in India. Lpu school of pharmacy ranked among the top 25 pharmacy institutions in India. Mittal school of Business ranked among the top 40 Management institution in India. LPU school of Architecture and design ranked among the top 15 architecture institutions in India. LPU Engineering Faculty ranked among the top 65 engineering institutions in India. I am an alumnus of LPU and did B.Tech CSE, I find CSE very interesting and pursuing my career as a software engineer currently in Noida, some colleagues of mine had done ECE but were appointed as software engineers. LPU offers a lot of courses B.Tech, MBA, Hotel Management and LL.B. Are some of the popular courses. When students of so many streams interact with each other it helps in expanding the mind not only in the course the student is currently pursuing but also in other courses. On average, more than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU. LPU provides placements to the maximum it has record-breaking placements in MBA approximately 98% of students got placed in top companies in the year 2020. Moreover, CSE students were placed in top companies, with a package of 42 per annum in Microsoft was a highlight in the newspaper and in news. In CSE the placement record is almost 100%. One of my friends did B.Tech from LPU and now she is working in Google in USA.

Dear Gaya, I am not much aware of the placement record of Chandigarh University but being alumni of LPU, I can share the details of placements at LPU with you. Comparing other Universities with LPU, I would say that LPU is better in terms of placements. In fact, LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Besides, other record-breaking placements for LPU includes: the highest Placement (Engineering) Rs. 42 Lacs per annum (Microsoft) the highest Placement (Management) Rs. 21 Lacs per annum (SOBHA Developers) the highest Placement (Design) Rs. 36.5 Lacs per annum (SIXT India) Amazon recruited LPU students on a package of 28 LPA The highest internship stipend is up to 80k per month. (which is really hard to get in other universities) The reason why LPU has better placement records than other universities is because of its unique career cell. It enables students in getting relevant work experience to complement their studies and develop appropriate skills and knowledge.
