International tech-fests and competitions encourage all-round development in our students in addition to giving them international exposure. University organized International Go kart Championship which is a student initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA. The Mechanical Department has highly experienced and qualified staff pursuing their research in thrust areas such as CAD/CAM, Mechanical design, Thermal engineering, Fluid dynamics, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool design and Flexible Manufacturing Systems/Automation. The Department has to its credit more than 100 research publications in International, National Journals including prestigious ASME Transactions, International Conference and National Conference. The faculty members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. They are always ready to help the students. During the exams, professors arrange special classes for the students to help them revise better and clear their doubts. Apart from all the curriculum you come across, literally, 100's of technical and non-technical competitions being held. The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc. Faculty members are highly qualified, most of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge.
