Being LPU faculty, I would suggest LPU for B.Sc. Hotel Management. LPU Hotel Management and Tourism Discipline is the gamut of research activities that make it a unique academic environment that stimulates creativity and critical thinking and provides impetus to recruiting, supporting, and developing highly-skilled motivated researchers. It is worth noticing that to motivate students, LPU keeps on organising different workshops & events and also invites top personalities from the industry. The maximum salary the LPU students got this year is Rs 23 Lacs per annum. The average salary is over 3.6 LPA. Qatar Airways, Air Vistara, P and O C

Both SRM and LPU are good. I am an alumnus of LPU, I can talk about LPU, Let me share a few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU : Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Hi, Professionals with hospitality experience are still in demand in the hospitality industry. 5-star hotels, aviation, retail, shopping centers, culinary arts, cruise liners, concierge, restaurants, and other businesses usually take these. For middle management and leadership positions, starting salaries for hotel managers are in the region of INR 30,000 to 40,000 depending on the location and size of the hotel. In India, general managers earn, on average, 85,000 with a range of 50,000 to 2,00,000 or more for the largest, most prestigious hotels. LPU is one of the best options for Hotel management as it has the Best facilities, infra

If you are seeking admission in a college for B.Sc in hotel management, then I would like to suggest SRM, as the first preference. It is the best option in every context, whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. LPU is also a good college, but if we compare it with SRM, then SRM is better. Now, it is up to you. Good luck.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
