Lovely Professional University was established in 2005, though it is a young University, LPU definitely has made a lot of strides in the past few years. From my personal experience, I would definitely recommend Chandigarh University for B.Tech in

Computer Science. The university offers BE and not B.Tech. It's located near three IT Hubs of

Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkul making it easy for students because they don't need to relocate. The

CSE programme is ABET and NBA accredited, so the degree is globally recognized. There are many

specializations like AI, ML, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing that students can choose in later

semesters. The university focuses on practical learning through live projects, workshops, and hackathons.

The placement record is amazing, with many students getting o

I would recommend Chandigarh University (CU) for several practical reasons. The most common thing that you would be aware of is ABET accerditation. Basically it is accerditation given to engineering purses from US based organisation to add international value to student's degrees for scholarship and future plans abroad.

CU offers industry-collaborated specializations with top tech giants like IBM, TCS, Virtusa, and Cisco. You can choose focused tracks such as AI & ML, Cyber Security, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development, and more. These programs provide hands-on experience through labs like the IBM, Software Lab,
