While filling the form at FC there is an issue with the minority option as even when I selected yes it shows no. FC told to change at ARC.

If you are from Mumbai, go to Sydenham (FC & ARC) and sort it.
Your list depends on what you have filled at the FC to my knowledge.
Check with other guys too.
