In this case, first thing you need to do is keep all the records via photos, screenshots of transactions or any means. Then you check again for status of payment by logging in to the website using your creditentials, if the status is not changing you can connect to the help desk of TS PECET for help. You can provide them proofs you collected and ask them to either refund or change the status.
