What is the eligibility for UPTAC round 2 counselling?

<p>The following candidates are eligible for UPTAC round 2 counselling:</p><ul><li>Candidates who have registered and paid the registration fee but did not select any options in the first phase will not be permitted to enter new options or modify existing ones. Their previously allotted seat (including institute, course, and discipline) will remain unchanged, but they can be upgraded to a seat within their allotted category according to the rules.</li><li>Candidates who have registered, paid the registration fee, and submitted options but were not allocated a seat in the previous phase will have the opportunity to modify their selections. If they choose not to make any changes, their Phase-1 options will be considered final for Phase-2.</li></ul>
