According to my point of view a doctor serves a country better. War against diseases is the greatest war today. Only good doctors can produce a healthy nation. Without proper health, a soldier becomes useless and the teacher is unable to produce the best in him. A doctor serves the country during peace and war and he is the one who works round the clock. Every one has their own responsibility. A doctor can save the life of a patient. A teacher can teach and make a person perfect and knowledgeable. A soldier can fight and save the nation. A doctor needs a teacher to learn about Medicines and surgery. A teacher needs a teacher to learn....more -
The structure of the country does not stand with the help of any one, but everyone has equal cooperation in it. And each has its own importance. Just as the loss of one part of the body affects other parts of the body, similarly the loss of any one part in the building of the country will definitely affect the structure of the country. -
In my opinion everyone have a unique role but teacher keep them assembled as education plays the key role in a country's economy, polity, infrastructure, agriculture etc. So I opt for teacher. -
A nation can only prosper if its Farmers, Doctors, Soldiers, and Teachers are looked after well. -
These are the four pillars of a same building. I hope you understand. -

I think of teachers who share us knowledge as engineers, doctors and farmers were trained by teachers only if engineer starts to corrupt it can destroy our half area, if doctor start corrupt life will go, if farmer start corrupt may proper food we will not get if teachers start corrupt our feature will corrupt the whole country can face big problem no one get discipline and proper knowledge no engineer, doctor and soldiers can produce.

i think the future of a country depends upon a teacher. without teacher no farmer will have the knowledge of growing crops, no docter and engineer will exist. a teacher is the builder of nation. -
I'm sorry, but again I've to be a little diplomatic again. I think when it comes to "serve", especially our country then contributions, sacrifices, efforts, outcomes can't be compared. Serve means to serve, whether directly or indirectly. And moreover, any country is supported by group of elements, not due to individual efforts. So, in my view all four; a farmer , a doctor, a teacher and an engineer has equal participation when it comes to serving the nation. -
i will go for the teacher and the farmer, where indian doctors and engineer are planning to goto the united states , farmers and teachers are still producing , lots of engineers and doctors

It is past midnight at this time & I was peacefully preparing to retire for the day when I saw this topic "who serves the country better ? a farmer , a doctor, a teacher or a engineer." A thought struck in my mind that is it not for that unknown Army man postioned at the boundaries of the country that I would sleeping peacfully in an AC room to attain the freshness next day so that probably I would take side of a Farmer who provided me food,or a doctor to helped in making me live healthy, or a teacher for making me what I could not dream off or take the side of an engineer because I am also an engineer. everyone have their specific role.everyone is needed. it is the society that need EVERY ONE.doctor to prevention, engineer for infra & technology, and farmer for Nutritious FOOD.

All serve country equally we cant choose a best from all of them because choosing of any one means not giving full credit to other for their service. -
Well I think in the time of emergency when you 've to select only one then we should think to secure our future and as child is the father of man we should try to save our would be father, the others have done their bit for humanity. -
I'll go for the pregnant woman because by doing this I can save two lives .Because the woman can be a doctor , a senior teacher, a farmer or an engineer who contribute in her own way towards the nation and the child she will give birth to can be farmer, a doctor , a senior teacher or an engineer who will save the nation in future.
