Why do people study LLM in UK or in abroad? Does a masters from UK land me a job in UK? Will I still be able to practice in India ?

    Hi Shakeel,
    Studying abroad is an individual personal choice. Depending on an individual's career plans (professions in international law, global trade, transnational issues). He/she may choose to pursue LLM in UK or elsewhere. Again, the kind of global exposure you will be facing is indeed a unique experience and will define your career.
    Though I cannot really say if you will get a job, international legal practitioners are in demand in UK. However, do remember the recent UK work permit rules.
