  • According to the former students of Mount Holyoke College, their selection process is quite selective which is why the acceptance rate is high.

The acceptance rate is 40% but Mount Holyoke College believes in giving chances to international students hindered by their standardized test scores so they make SAT/ACT scores optional. However, to get invited high school GPA, SAT/ACT scores, levels of community involvement, and recommendation letter quality are considered.
