Why is the avg. package offered as low as 4.3 Lacs even if MNCs like Google, Adobe etc. visit this college (Correct me if I am wrong)?

Companies visit to ISM for engineers not for management as every companies have certain criteria for visiting campus. This year companies like IDEA, Airtel, ITC, Hyundai, etc. visited campus for placement and average package figures will be shared soon.

The average package is decided based on yearly placements. Every year this changes and it is increasing. This year it has increased to somewhere between Rs 5-6 lakhs.
