MBA Hons is a high end, very demanding and rigorous programme which requires high degree of team work, peer to peer interactions and great number of assignments with strict deadlines. Being an hons programme there are a lot of bells and whistles attached to the rigor of the programme, the curators and students are on their toes 24/7 much like a high end corporate. This continuous rigor and requirements of campus resources makes it essential to make this programme residential even if you are a localites. The following integral parts of the programme make it even more important to be a residential programme:

MBA (Hons) is a residential programme. It is compulsory for MBA Hons students to reside in LPU hostels since they have many sorts of projects and have to attend different kinds of workshops frequently which may take more than scheduled hours and they might also have evening classes from 57 PM so staying in the hostel is compulsory as the entry for the day scholars in not allowed in the campus after 6 pm. There are also few facilities offered to MBA Hons students such as they are given the first preference to choose their hostel and accessibility to the library till late night also.
