Yes, Education Ministry of India announced that it will conduct the CBSE 10th Board exams 2026 twice a year. The First phase of the exams will be held in February 2026 and will be mandatory for all the students. The second phase of the exams will be optional for students and those who wish to improve their marks in Science, maths, SST and Languages can appear for them.
The Board will release the CBSE 10th result 2026 in April and May 2026 for phase 1 and 2 respectively.
Students studying in winter-bound schools will have the option to appear for any of the two phases.
