Any student from any degree in their undergraduate can apply for CAT exam.

Hello, Percentage obtained in Bachelors degree would be calculated on the basis of practice followed by the concerned university/institution. In case of grades/CGPA, the conversion would be based on the process defined by the concerned university/ institution. In absence of any percentage conversion

Yes, it is not compulsory to have any specific stream for CAT exam, if you have B.Com. There is no issue, you can apply for the exam.
