Will I get any of the best B- School on the basis of GD-PI? If yes, which colleges will you suggest me? I have scored 97 out of 400 in CMAT.

Devangi, your score is very less. But then you can give a try to private universities. There are many good private universities who offer quality education as well as good placements after MBA.
You can check the websites of some reputed universities like LPU, SMU, CU, etc. for more details. -
No, your score is very low for getting admission into any tier 1 or tier 2 institute and there is no point in pursuing MBA from tier 3 institute as you will neither get quality nor good placement.
