Will it be appropriate to pursue B.Pharma from Canada or shall I pursue M.Pharma from there after completing B.Pharma from India?

Either one is appropriate. It will depend on your profile, admission requirement of the university, feasibility and your long term plan. A master degree from Canada is more valuable though. You will also be eligible to apply for a work permit and gain work experience post your studies.
Since, the B.Pharma in India is a four year programme, you will be eligible to apply for an M.Pharma in Canada. Canadian universities require 4 year UG degree for admission consideration.
