Will the list alter or should I give up hope? I got 89.2 percentile in CET and my GD/PI was good too but I was not in the waiting list.

The list comes with a overall performance in gdpi and the percentile. The list that has come out is final and no alterations are expected in it. You can try for MMS through cap rounds by DTE.
