Yes, the seat-acceptance fee paid by the candidate will be adjusted against the institute fees of the admitting institute at the time of joining. In case the candidate
declines the offered seat after remitting the seat acceptance fee, the refund of the seat acceptance fee will be done per the policies of the admitting institute.So, carefully go through the counseling process.
