Dear Himanshu, I want to mention here very clearly that Lovely Professional University does not require an AICTE approval as it is not any regulatory authority. Every university requires approval of a statutory body of the Government of India I. e UGC and LPU is UGC recognised which got established u/s 2F of UGC act and is not a deemed university rather a full fledged private university. LPU is one the best private university which is recognised by :

Moreover, AICTE approval is not required for a university to run a course in technical education as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgment CWP2056 of 1999 titled BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY & ANR. V/S ALL INDIA COUNCIL FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION & ORS, and various other cases.
