    No, following the completion of the sixth round of seat distribution, there won't be a spot round at any of the IITs. Based on their rankings in the JEE Mian 2024 or JEE Advanced exam, each candidate will be assigned seats and courses at participating institutes. Online access to the JoSAA seat allocation result will be provided following each counselling.

    No, there will be no spot round of seat allocation at any of the IITs after the completion of the 5th round of seat allocation.  

    The qualifying examination are:

    • JEE Advanced 2024
    • JEE Main 2024 B.Arch
    • JEE Main 2024 B.E/B.Tech
    • JEE Main 2024 B. Planning

    The Admitting Institutes are:

    • IITs
    • NITs, IIEST, IIITs (Triple-I-Ts) and other -GFTIs
