With 10th, 12th & grad %age as 84, 74 & 51, no work ex, 2 years gap after engineering (NIT), what are my chances of getting into top IIMs.

I have some decent 'extra curricular' as well. If I prepare for CAT now directly or after taking some work ex, what shall be my chances. Kindly guide as to what shall be the most appropriate step to take considering my profile.
