Getting computer branch can be a little bit difficult through counselling, but I'll suggest you take any branch in IET-Lucknow and then go for the internal sliding which will take place before the spot round of the counselling then you will definitely get CS branch. -
You have decent chances to get admission in government colleges. 2000 rank is not enough for IET- Lucknow. But, you can try in KNIT-Sultanpur, BIET-Jhansi or IERT-Allahabad. You may definitely get these college with the branch you listed. -

You have chances. You can go for MNC as well. Or, you can change branch. Branch changing to CS is difficult you will 10 CGPA, which is not easy.
