As you are interested in Aviation, you may pursue courses regarding aviation industry. There are various kind of courses in a Aviation like Commercial Pilots, Helicopter Pilot, Airlines cabin crew, Airlines technical staff or the ground staff.

IAF is one of the most challenging career field.There are different levels under which people are hired in IAF,One is the Intermediate level (i.e after +2), or after Graduation or after Post Graduation.
There are mainly three branches under which you can work and serve towards IAF as an officer - Flying Branch, Technical Branch and Ground Staff.
Both Men and Women are offered positions in all the three branches. All the branches have different set of eligibility criteria and age limits.
Flying branch - Graduate in any stream with Maths and Physics in +2 is important and max age limit is 23.
Technical Branch- You can join in any of the two aeronautical engineering streams - Electronics/ Mechanical depending on the education background, education qualification required is AMIE in electronics or Mechanical, the Maximum age limit is 28 years.
And for the last Branch which is the Ground staff the most common eligiblity criteria is a graduate degree( B.Com in case of Accounts Division) with a minimum score of 60% . There are various sub branched in the Ground duty to work in, like Administration, Accounts, Stock/ logistics.
Also remember that Physical Fitness is one of the most important aspect to be eligible and to be shortlisted for IAF and there is a separate exam too to qualify a Physical test.
