10th- 91%, 12th- 75.5%, engineering - 56% with a year back. I am a ST student. Is there any chance of getting into any top IIM?

    The admission in Iims are based on percentile scores in Common Admission Test (CAT). The other important factors considered in selection are past academic record, work experience, Personal Interview, What etc. The weightage given to various components in selection at IIM Bangalore are given below for an idea.
    1. CAT : 25%
    2. PI : 30%
    3. What : 10%
    4. Bachelors Degree : 10%
    5. Work Experience : 10%
    6. 10th Marks : 10%
    7. 12th Marks : 05%
    So from academic performance is contributed about 25%, while CAT score and PI are for 55%. Your academic performance is good but CAT score and PI needs to be address. For selection point of view you needs to
